Vision System Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to create and maintain software applications for vision systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing PC-based automated visual inspection systems for semiconductor equipment.

  • Design and implement high-performance visual inspection systems using computer vision algorithms and machine learning techniques.
  • Evaluate feasibility of customer vision specifications and propose innovative solutions.
  • Integrate new vision hardware (camera, frame grabber) onto the software platform.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize inspection processing time to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers to ensure successful implementation of vision systems.
  • Enhance vision inspection algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers and sales personnel to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic, mechanical or mechatronics engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in software development, preferably with C#, WPF, Image Processing, and Halcon.
  • Relevant work experience in automation machine system troubleshooting and vision inspection settings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
