Senior Officer, Custody Settlement, Group Technology Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer to join our Group Technology team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to automation, process improvements, and streamlining of operations processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to define system requirements
- Process asset transfer instructions and operational processing when required
- Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) coordination and documentation
- Ensure compliance with control and procedures
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of banking operations/IT experience preferably in custody
- Excellent communication skills to gather requirements from stakeholders
- Ability to work independently on initiatives
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with frequent prioritization and requirement changes
- Proficient in Excel and/or Access
- Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or any programming knowledge is a plus
