Job Summary

THIAN SUNG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Supervisor to join our team. As an Architectural Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural works of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage all architectural works, including shop drawings, to ensure that they are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and inspect all architectural works carried out by sub-contractors to ensure that they meet the required standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all architectural works are completed in accordance with approved specifications and that the quality of workmanship is maintained at the highest level.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with architectural works to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all architectural works, including shop drawings, to ensure that they are easily accessible and can be used for future reference.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in architectural works from Construction/ Building/ Engineering industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Revit, Preventive Maintenance, Painting, Construction, BIM, Architect, Architectural, Automation Tools, Fabrication, Test Automation, Quality Inspection, Business Analyst, Requisition, Scheduling, SketchUp, Cost Control.
