We are seeking a part-time lecturer to serve as the primary instructor of core and elective courses in our psychology major curriculum. The successful candidate will hold a doctorate-level or masters-level qualification in an appropriate psychological field, with experience in effective teaching and training of undergraduate students.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, and discussion sections
  • Supervision and coordination of teaching assistants and tutors
  • Setting of assessment components and marking of examinations
Qualifications:
  • A higher degree (PhD/DPhil/Masters) in Psychology or a related discipline
  • Experience and interest in teaching undergraduate psychology students, with a strong commitment to organization and delivery of teaching, particularly in one or more areas of personality psychology, I/O psychology, bio-psychology, and/or clinical psychology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills relevant to teaching and pastoral care
