Job Description

Drive business growth and profitability by leveraging data insights in a dynamic environment.

  • Business Reporting & Performance Tracking
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on sales, trends, and category performance.
    • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to maintain automated reporting and ensure accuracy.
    • Support key meetings with timely business reviews and performance recaps.
  • Strategic Insights & Category Analytics
    • Uncover actionable insights from sales, category, and market trends for informed decision-making.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop long-term strategies and plans.
    • Harmonize data across regions and stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting Support
    • Contribute to revenue and margin planning through data-driven recommendations.
    • Monitor performance against targets and suggest corrective actions.
    • Ensure seamless collaboration between finance and category management teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Strong academic credentials in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or Finance.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data-influenced analytics role in the beauty industry or similar retail space.

Skills: SQL proficiency, advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills, and experience with technologies like SAP, Domo, Tableau, and Retail Pro.

Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, keen to learn, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
