As a Project Manager at A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the PMO and ensuring its effective operation. You will oversee project management best practices and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish project governance and cadence;
  • Coordinate with Technology PMO to plan and publish detailed project delivery milestones;
  • Keep track of overall project progress vs. planned milestones on a weekly basis and escalate to Country Project Leads and Program Steering Committee (PSC) for any timeline risks;
  • Manage project budget and ensure spend within budget, including financial management and timely financial reporting;
  • Orchestrate cross-squad project deliverables to ensure all squads are running independently and efficiently;
  • Drive and manage project end-to-end delivery, including requirement, design, testing, and deployment;
  • Review test strategy and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing, and closure within project timeline.

Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of experience in direct management of IT application projects and sound banking product knowledge, especially in Cards, Unsecured Loans & Payments;
  • Able to work with external vendors and across diversified teams;
  • Process-driven and strong advocate of reporting;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
