The role of a Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) professional involves working closely with businesses and finance teams to address accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory issues.

Our focus areas include Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Transformation, and Finance Target Operating Models.

As a Manager or Senior Manager within the FAAS team, you will play a key role in driving our Finance agenda forward and shaping the selected areas.

  1. Identify initiatives and develop strategies, roadmaps, target operating models, and deliver finance transformation and change projects to help clients transform their finance and operational processes.
  2. Provide support and guide the team in gathering data and information to understand the current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with the client counterparts.
  3. Analyze, understand, optimize, and/or redesign end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used.
  4. Support the implementation of relevant technology platforms in the finance function such as Tagetik, OneStream, and Anaplan.
  5. Work closely with Directors and Partners in proposal development and bring the range of Finance and other competency offerings to the clients.
  6. Lead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline, with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Equipped with knowledge on Enterprise Performance Management.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience of managing projects and strong industry experience in the finance field.
