About You
You have a solid foundation in career coaching and training, with extensive experience in facilitating dynamic workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, and designing engaging learning experiences. Your strength lies in breaking down the complexities of career planning into clear, practical steps, and you're adept at supporting diverse learners and building their confidence. With at least five years of experience in coaching, training, or career services, you're well-equipped to take on the challenge of delivering exceptional learning experiences and helping learners gain the skills they need to succeed in their careers.

Skills And Attributes We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record of delivering effective training programs and coaching sessions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners and colleagues
  • Strong technical expertise in your field, with a knack for simplifying complex topics and making them accessible to a wide range of learners
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
