Job Title: Cultivator for Indoor Hydroponics

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at a modern indoor hydroponic farm.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with repetitive tasks, able to work on their feet throughout the shift, and possess good hand-eye coordination.

Candidates should also be physically fit and willing to learn new skills and expertise through training provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare seedling trays, place seeds on sponge cubes, ensuring precise handling and care.
  • Lightly spray water during the early germination stage, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Transfer seedlings to hydroponic racks and shift trays as needed, demonstrating attention to detail and precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of grow racks and work areas, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with precision and care, meeting productivity standards and expectations.
  • Support other general tasks around the farm when required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive work attitude.
Requirements:
  • Able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive hand tasks, requiring physical fitness and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination, enabling efficient and accurate task completion.
  • No experience required - training provided, allowing individuals to develop new skills and expertise.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
  • Team player with a positive work attitude, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
