Database Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle professional to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Database Administration: Administer, configure and optimize Oracle databases (12c/19c) in a Linux environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • High Availability Solutions: Implement RAC and Data Guard to ensure business continuity.
  • Performance Tuning: Monitor database performance and tune SQL, memory and storage for optimal efficiency.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform backups, restores, upgrades and patching to maintain data integrity.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with root cause analysis and provide solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Compliance and Audits: Support audits and disaster recovery exercises, maintaining proper documentation.

Key Qualifications

  • Expertise: Strong experience with Oracle 12c/19c on Linux.
  • Database Performance: Expertise in database performance tuning and high availability setups.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
