• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to maintain smooth clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and patient satisfaction.
• Provide patient-centric care, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their family members, providing clear information and support.
• Ensure timely feedback and resolution of any issues or concerns raised by patients.
• Comply with MOH, CPF medical schemes, and private health insurer guidelines for financial counseling, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• SNB registration for nurses.
• Diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Vlookup, to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
• Passion for healthcare and patient service work, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• Willingness to travel to different branches, as required.
• Ability to work on Saturdays, half-day shifts, as needed.
• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
