Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Services Coordinator to join our Healthcare Finance Team at Sengkang General Hospital PTE. LTD. This role is responsible for handling patient inquiries and performing cashier duties while being involved in the collation of statistical information and Quality Improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cashier duties, ensuring seamless financial transactions
- Collaborate with the team to collate statistical information and identify areas for quality improvement

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
- High motivation, independence, and adaptability to change
