Dental Support Specialist Job

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dedicated team player to join our dental team as a Dental Support Specialist.

  • Assist the dentist in preparing and handling instruments and materials, ensuring high standards of clinical hygiene.
  • Set up and clean treatment rooms before and after procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Take, process, and mount dental radiographs (X-rays), providing accurate images for diagnosis.
  • Record patient information and assist with charting as directed by the dentist, ensuring accurate records.
  • Ensure proper inventory and replenishment of dental materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient workflow.
  • Welcome patients and ensure their comfort throughout the consultation or treatment, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum educational qualification: Secondary level or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with dentists and patients.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • No prior experience required - comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with the necessary skills.
