Purchasing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Assistant to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for procurement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders, track inventory, and coordinate with internal divisions to ensure timely delivery;
  • Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders;
  • Address product quality concerns and inconsistencies with suppliers;
  • Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times;
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding documentation;
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks and participate in the annual stock take.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management;
  • At least 1 year of related working experience in the manufacturing environment;
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice.
