Software Engineer

You'll be part of a diverse team surrounded by smart and motivated colleagues.

  • Design, build and maintain a highly performant trading platform providing access to CeFi, DeFi and OTC liquidity sources.
  • Implement and extend order management, compliance, exchange connectivity, market data, and routing functionality using software development methodologies.
  • Design and implement our next-generation real-time trading platform.
  • Manage and support the operation of our global trading system, troubleshooting and debugging issues.
  • Work closely with traders and the business development department to implement new ideas swiftly.
  • Mentor less experienced team members, act as a role model and support their professional growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in implementing infrastructure components facilitating high volume, low latency trading within a prop trading firm or hedge fund.
  • Track record of building highly performant, distributed and optimised systems in C# or modern C++ in a modern Linux environment.
  • Outcome focused - able to balance speed to market and building highly available and robust platforms.
  • Exposure to meta programming, Git, CI/CD, unit/integration testing, Kafka, FIX, Cloud.
  • Proactive communicator, willing to voice opinions but able to disagree and commit.
  • Knowledge of OMS/PMS platforms, exchange connectivity or high volume OTC trading would be advantageous.
