Quality Assurance Manager for Consumer Electronics

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality management activities for our kids' consumer electronics manufacturing operations.

This role will focus on ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety. The successful candidate will have experience in quality assurance for consumer electronics or toys, as well as strong background in supplier quality management and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will be able to implement and maintain ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. They will also be able to drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes, including FMEA, control plans, and risk assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of supplier quality management, including regular audits, evaluations, and ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with design and engineering teams to embed quality requirements into product development
  • Development, monitoring, and enforcement of quality control processes throughout the manufacturing supply chain
  • Implementation and maintenance of quality management systems

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills. They will be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
