Financial Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial services. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, including managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including customer invoices, funding claims, and payment schedules.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management review, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions and activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and financial software;
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Qlik sense, Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
