JSR ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Drafter to join our team. As a Senior Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting shop drawings and As Built Drawings, attending coordination meetings, and supporting the Marketing, QS/Project Departments in technical enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit shop drawings and As Built Drawings in a timely manner.
  • Attend all coordination meetings related to technical issues and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the Marketing, QS/Project Departments in technical enquiries and provide expert advice on drafting and design.
  • Manage the process from sample submission to production, including cutting lists and fabrication drawings.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, main-contractors, and client's engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Project filing and drawings in both soft copy and hard copy formats are required.
  • Create freehand drawings and sketches to initiate preliminary drawings, including cutting lists.
  • Study and examine drawings and specifications of tender requirements.
  • Attend ongoing site meetings and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to meet project requirements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Structural Steel & metal works industry in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT (BIM) software.
  • Resourceful, result-oriented, able to meet deadlines, good problem-solving skills, and excellent time management.
