About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in ensuring the safe execution of rope access operations on our construction sites. As a Senior Rope Access Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, inspection, and maintenance of rope access systems, as well as providing guidance and training to our rope access technicians.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the rope access industry, preferably with IRATA certification (Levels 1, 2 & 3) and WAH certification. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate rope access operations to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Safety Management: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to rope access technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and verify rope access systems and components to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Certification and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • IRATA certification (Levels 1, 2 & 3) and WAH certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the rope access industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum
