You will perform rigorous quality checks and controls to guarantee compliance with health standards. This involves testing food samples in Chemistry and Microbiology labs and working closely with suppliers to enhance product quality and safety. You will conduct sampling and food audits/inspections at suppliers' sites according to company guidelines/checklists. Additionally, you will prepare reports and follow up on action plans from audits or inspections.

To succeed in this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Nutrition. A good understanding of food/laboratory testing, including Chemistry and Microbiology, is essential. Knowledge of Halal, Kosher, HACCP, FSSC, ISO procedures will be an advantage. We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of work experience in relevant fields. Strong communication skills are required for interacting with cross-functional teams, vendors, and potentially clients. Being bilingual in Chinese will be a great asset.

This is a one-year contract position subject to renewal. Working hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
