Temporary Pharmacy Support Role

The Pharmacy Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. This position involves supporting pharmacists and healthcare professionals with tasks such as picking and packing medications, preparing prescriptions, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing of medications requires attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Preparing of prescriptions involves following strict protocols and guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Helping with pharmacy operations includes maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and providing administrative support as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Applicants should possess GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be required to lift and move boxes and equipment as needed.
Desirable Skills:
- Candidates with skills in the healthcare industry, particularly in hospitals, quality improvement, inventory management, and data entry, are highly desirable.
Working Hours
The role requires working 5.5 days a week during office hours.
