Job Overview

A leading organization seeks a highly experienced Strategic Finance Director to oversee the financial performance and strategic initiatives of the group.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Risk Management: Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts, establishing robust financial controls and processes to optimize financial performance.
  • Tax Leadership: Provide expert tax guidance, supporting corporate M&A activities, joint ventures, and acquisition financing.
  • Strategy and Budgeting: Collaborate with senior management to drive strategy and budgeting, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
  • CA, CPA, or ACCA qualifications.
  • At least 14 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a listed company.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • Expertise in SGX reporting and complex group consolidation.
  • Preference for big-4 audit firms and SGX listed companies' experience.
