Job Title: Captain - Room Service

Serve guests with exceptional hospitality and provide excellent food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure order rotation among servers to maintain efficient service.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up room service trays and tables.
  • Retrieve checks, set tables according to specifications, and deliver food to guest rooms and meeting rooms.
  • Present meals to guests, collect guest trays, and respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Process payments and return receipts to the order taker.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in room service or a related field is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work situations and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
