We are looking for a talented and driven professional to join our team as an Executive.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. They should have a strong background in program management, with experience in policy development, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
The role involves reviewing and enhancing existing policies and procedures to improve program delivery. The candidate will also engage with internal teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback. Additionally, they will be responsible for collecting and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to enhance program delivery
- Engaging with internal teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Developing strategies to address identified areas for improvement
- Supporting users in adopting new processes through training and job aids
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with relevant working experience
- Familiarity with training operations and support for training programs and events
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
