Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled environmental professional to fill this challenging role.

  • Support the product lead in gathering user requirements, writing clear and concise user stories, and assisting the technical team to understand and refine these requirements if needed.
  • Test developed features to ensure they meet user expectations and detect potential issues, as well as test the solution once deployed in client environments.
  • Collaborate with the product lead to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Maintain system configurations, including sensor setup, dashboard settings, or model run settings, excluding technical configurations handled by IT staff.
  • Provide exceptional support to users when they report issues or have questions, and proactively advise users during critical moments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. We also seek experience and skills in digital water systems, smart infrastructure is advantageous. Prior involvement in system specification writing, software testing, and user engagement is preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Stormwater management operations are essential for success in this role.
  • Data analysis or data science skills will be applied daily.
  • Hydraulic, hydrodynamic, and water quality models such as EPANET, SWMM, SOBEK, Delft3D will be used frequently.
  • Mock-up design using Figma or similar tools is required.
