Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of fire protection and alarm systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and codes of practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Develop comprehensive plans for fire protection and alarm systems.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project schedules, milestones, and submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Site Installation and Testing: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection and alarm systems.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely project delivery, meeting client expectations and requirements.
  • Project Budget Management: Manage project finances effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Clients and Stakeholders Liaison: Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Fire Protection Services.
  • Skills: Familiarity with relevant standards, codes of practices, and authority requirements.
Desirable Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Innovative and result-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
  • LTA/Tunnel Experience: Having experience in LTA/Tunnel projects is an added advantage.
