Job Title: Portfolio Risk Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Portfolio Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting both technology and non-technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Understand the trust system to prepare business requirements for system changes and reporting formats, ensuring data availability.
  • Monitor, mitigate, and rectify risk exposure across investment, AML compliance, operational, regulatory, and fiduciary domains.
  • Support regular investment committee meetings, reviewing Private Trust portfolios and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct accurate data analytics for management reporting, regulatory submissions, and survey responses.
  • Perform customer due diligence for new onboarding, periodic reviews, and material transactions such as terminations, asset injections, and distributions.
  • Review batch and manual screening alerts, investigate high-risk clients (including Politically Exposed Persons), and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and reported.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, risk management, or private trust operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of AML compliance, risk frameworks, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
