In this exciting role as a Strategic Procurement Specialist at ST Engineering, you will be responsible for managing direct procurement activities for various business lines. Your primary focus will be on procuring materials and services that meet the company's quality and cost requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure materials and services from reputable vendors
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ST Engineering's procurement policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
