A multidisciplinary team is seeking a skilled Allied Health Professional to join their ranks.

As a Senior Pharmacist (Inpatient), you will be responsible for maintaining current health and promoting patients' well-being through intervention in acute or chronic diseases.

">

You will identify and resolve drug-related problems, recommend appropriate drug therapy, and ensure safe and effective drug distribution and outcomes.

">

Key responsibilities include active participation in regular inpatient clinical rounds, medication reconciliation, dispensing medications, counselling patients on their medication treatment, communicating timely and accurate drug information, and providing education to the general public, patients, students, and fellow healthcare workers.

In addition, you will be involved in research/quality improvement efforts within the section.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a Degree in Pharmacy and be registered as a Pharmacist in Singapore.

">

Strong listening and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interact with people of all levels.
