We are currently seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis, working from our Toa Payoh office.

Job Scope and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop enterprise-level Java applications using Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
  2. Work with IBM DB2 database management systems and ensure data integrity.
  3. Develop JSP and JSF UI components and integrate with Java backend.
  4. Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and services is a plus.
  5. Experience with frontend UI development using React and TypeScript is a plus.
  6. Collaborate with the business analyst to finalize design and specifications.
  7. Document API specifications and design.
  8. Build and test APIs using JUnit.
  9. Work with the BA and React developers to support defect fixes.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Enterprise Java and related backend frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise DBMS solutions, preferably IBM DB2.
  • Familiarity with JSP & JSF.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Familiarity with frontend UI development, particularly with React and TypeScript.
