Job Title: Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Plant Engineer to join our team in Loyang. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of electrical systems.

Job Description:

  • To ensure optimal production and uptime for the wood/metal shredder plant by performing routine maintenance tasks, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Responsible for plant production and reliability, conducting root cause investigations to increase machinery performance and overall efficiency.
  • Target incident-free operations with timely and proper maintenance of systems, as well as adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with the production team and other stakeholders to manage ongoing maintenance activities, coordinate with purchasers for spare parts purchase, stock, and inventory control.
  • Ensure plant & machinery documentation and Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures are constantly updated, and technical, environmental and safety aspects comply with HSE regulations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent, with relevant experience in hydraulic system, rotating parts, conveyor belts.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, with ability to work with minimum supervision, positive working attitude, and ability to work in dusty environment.
