We are looking for a dedicated General Accounting Assistant to join our finance team at Guan Chuan Engineering Construction PTE LTD. As a General Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance department with various accounting tasks.
Your primary responsibilities will include processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing basic financial reports. You will also assist with accounts receivable and payable, as well as payroll and other administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of construction cost control and budgeting. Experience in handling claims, progress billings, and variation orders is also advantageous.
Additionally, you should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, a good understanding of SST/GST regulations and tax compliance, and experience in construction accounting or project-based financial management. If you meet these requirements, we encourage you to apply.
