CTES CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Director, Advancement to join their team. As a key member of the Advancement Office, you will be responsible for creating and driving effective fundraising strategies, developing gift opportunities, and building strong philanthropic relationships for the University.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to match the University's mission and fundraising expectations.
- Develop gift opportunities and create proposals that match the interest of possible donors with the needs of the University.
- Steward, maintain, and strengthen University relationships with prospective and existing donors through active participation in gift solicitation and follow-up.
- Support the Division's gift solicitation pipeline and assist in drafting gift proposals and agreements.
- Degree with 15 years of relevant working experience in higher education and fundraising or similar.
- A self-starter who can operate with a high degree of independence.
- An excellent track record in fundraising, preferably in university advancement, and good networking with industries or a good track record of leading fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- A team player with good engagement skills, including listening, negotiating, and presenting.
