Strategic Garment Manufacturing Planning Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Manager to lead our sales and operations planning strategy. This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning sales forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory targets to drive business growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's S&OP strategy, leading weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production to ensure seamless alignment.
- Dynamically adjust production plans based on customer orders, capacity, and raw material availability.
- Chair cross-departmental meetings to resolve bottlenecks and ensure we meet our On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) targets.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain planning, or a similar role within garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Experience in the sportswear or outdoor apparel industry is strongly preferred.An expert in end-to-end garment manufacturing processes, from fabric sourcing to finished goods delivery, with a deep understanding of cutting, sewing, and finishing operations.
Proven experience with S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory management. Proficient in production planning and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and experienced with ERP systems. A strategic thinker with exceptional cross-functional communication and conflict-resolution skills. Regular travel (30-40%) to manufacturing facilities and supplier locations is required.
