Job Description:

">Compliance and Employee Relations Expert

Assume a pivotal role in fostering a culture of integrity within an organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and promoting transparency across HR functions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting a values-driven environment through sound compliance practices.
  • Identifying and mitigating organizational risk by analyzing internal systems and processes for alignment with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Developing strategic HR compliance plans and implementing effective audit mechanisms to proactively identify policy violations.
  • Conducting regular audits and spot checks on HR procedures to ensure consistency with internal policies and external labour regulations.

Lead investigations into workplace misconduct, coordinate stakeholder communication, and recommend appropriate actions. Monitor employee behavioural trends and provide strategic recommendations for improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, investigations, or HR governance roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and investigation-related software; relevant certifications preferred.
