Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, including partial accounts, invoicing, and verification of creditors' bills.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Partial Accounts (Accounts Receivable/Payable)
  • Issuing Invoices and Verifying Billing Data Input
  • Verifying Creditors' Bills and Tally of SOA
  • Performing Monthly Bank Reconciliation and Quarterly GST Reconciliation
  • Coordinating Inter-Company Billing, Reconciliation, and Revaluation
  • Preparing Journal Entries/Adjustments for Year-End Accruals/Provisions
  • Supporting Quarterly Stock Take Exercise
  • Liaising with Internal/External Auditors
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Excellent Proficiency in MS Office, preferably with Knowledge in Accpac System
