Job Title: Senior Pre-sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-sales Engineer to join our team at ST Engineering Info-Security Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and be able to develop good working relationships with our sales team to identify and drive sales opportunities to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the sales strategy, working with supporting business units to obtain support and assist the sales team in delivering required results.
  • Be the technology and solution advisor with sound knowledge in the cybersecurity domain, providing credible advice on security landscapes, architectural models, and solutions.
  • Act as a solution consultant, able to discuss and present to senior members of client teams, possessing the ability to generate high-quality artifacts such as requirements, designs, and deployment plans.
  • Have a broad understanding of cybersecurity technology domains, including network security, endpoint security, security consulting, incident response, threat detection, and managed security solutions, with the ability to discuss and present these topics credibly.
  • Lead and shape client expectations, facilitating large groups and driving pursuits and engaging in deals as a team, matching outcomes to expectations.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a pre-sales capacity related to the cybersecurity domain, with a strong background in network security, endpoint security, security consulting, incident response, SIEM, threat detection, and managed security solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies, including operating systems, network architecture, network security, endpoint security, cybersecurity anomalies detection and response, and defence regularity compliance.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner, set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including senior executives, and create rapport with customers at all levels.
