Product Lifecycle Management Role Overview:
The Product Lifecycle Methodology Lead will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Product Lifecycle Methodology across Cash Management Organisation.
This methodology is critical for empowering Product Managers with clarity, collaboration, and capabilities to drive impactful outcomes alongside diverse stakeholders.
Collaboration with group-level, regional, and country product managers will be key in preparing and rolling out the product life cycle methodology, ensuring its seamless integration into product managers' roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust Product Lifecycle Methodology
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prepare and roll out the methodology
- Ensure methodology is fully embedded in how product managers deliver their roles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous product management expertise in a large global organisation
- Extensive experience in collaboration and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership and methodological skills
