Job Title: Test and Validation Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in performing functional testing on solid-state drives (SSDs) through the execution of automated and manual tests.

You will work closely with validation engineers to resolve test failures and modify functional test scripts to achieve targeted test coverage.

Your responsibilities will also include debugging and evaluating issues with firmware engineers, participating in setting up test environments and servers for validation, and tabulating test results and generating reports for firmware health monitoring.

We are looking for a highly analytical individual with strong teamwork skills who is comfortable working in ESD-protected labs, server rooms, and noisy environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering (advantageous)
  • Experience with OS installation, assembly, and debugging of laptop/desktop systems (advantageous)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux OS
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Good teamwork skills across sites and time zones
