Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized skincare programs, leveraging your expertise in skincare ingredients and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and services in the skincare and beauty industry, ensuring our clients receive the best advice.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of skincare ingredients, enabling informed decision-making and exceptional client service.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and driving long-term engagement.
  • Conduct 1-1 consultations to help clients understand their skin better, tailoring recommendations to their unique needs.
Requirements
  • Passion for skincare and a keen interest in skincare ingredients.
  • Previous experience in customer relations or a related field is a significant advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Cosmetic Science or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including Saturdays, to meet the needs of our clients.
