Goods Transporter Job Opportunity

The role of a goods transporter is an essential part of ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to various locations. As a key player in the supply chain, this position requires individuals who are not only skilled drivers but also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating a vehicle to deliver products to customers, ensuring that all goods are properly secured during transit. This includes performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks on the vehicle to guarantee safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular vehicle checks to ensure it is roadworthy and in good condition
  • Assisting with loading and unloading goods, ensuring they are properly secured during transit
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including receipt confirmation and any discrepancies encountered
  • Complying with all road safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • A minimum of O-level/NITEC qualification required
  • A valid Class 3 driving license necessary
  • Prior driving experience is an added advantage
