Main Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the movement of vessels, monitor schedules, and coordinate with shipping agents to ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Driver Management: Plan, assign, and track driver deployments to meet delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Manage a fleet of vehicles and drivers, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  • Documentation and Customer Service: Prepare and verify shipping documents, process delivery receipts/proof of delivery within required lead times, and address customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
  • Administrative Duties: Verify and reconcile driver trip records post-job completion, handle urgent delivery requests, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
