Role: Restaurant Waiter

This role is an exciting opportunity for a versatile individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success.

As a restaurant waiter, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will also provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Additionally, you will maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions. You will take orders accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system and serve food and beverages ensuring that orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.

Other key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, including tables, chairs, and floors. You will assist with setting up and breaking down tables, including linens, silverware, and glassware. You will also monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to management.

Collaboration with kitchen staff is essential to ensure efficient service and resolve any issues. Participating in ongoing training and education to improve knowledge and skills is also highly valued.
