Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Healthcare Patient Registration Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient registration, billing, and visitor management, including temperature screening.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

About this Role

This role is responsible for ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient service. You will be the first point of contact for patients, and will be responsible for registering them, collecting their medical history, and processing their payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register new patients and update existing records
  • Collect and process payments from patients
  • Manage patient communication and correspondence
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely information exchange

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
