APAC Partnership Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a regional partner sales strategy that aligns with the company's global goals. This involves identifying, recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing regional GTM partnerships to drive revenue growth.

  • Serving as an overlay resource to the Sales & Marketing teams in APAC, collaborating to build, launch, and run co-sell and co-marketing campaigns that generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Developing and executing quarterly regional partner sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Providing regular KPI reports and participating in governance calls.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • GTM Strategy & Alliance Governance:
  • Co-developing the APAC partner business strategy with leadership.
  • Developing and executing regional partner sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Providing regular KPI reports and participating in governance calls.
  • Partner Development:
  • Identifying, recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing regional GTM partnerships.
  • Leading training and enablement initiatives for partners and internal teams.
  • Assisting sales teams in engaging with strategic partners.
  • Managing day-to-day regional partnerships and building success plans.
  • Identifying product and engineering investments needed for partnerships.
  • Supporting global business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the technology industry and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partner management, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
