We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Centre Manager to lead our new Senior Care Centre in Hougang.

About the Role- Oversee the daily operations of the Senior Care Centre, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service quality and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement programs to promote the physical and emotional well-being of clients, including recreational activities and health initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or social work.
- Proven experience in centre management, with a focus on leadership and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
