We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead Technician to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our chemical production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality Control department in ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulations.
  • Operate and maintain QC equipment, including thickness gauges, hardness testers, and visual measuring machines.
  • Perform inspections on outputs, including foils, mounted stencils, laser cut stencils, and pump print stencils.
  • Conduct Bellow Qualification, including functionality checks, dimension checks, and cross-section checks.
  • Collect and record data for thickness, XY, aperture size, and hardness for traceability purposes.
  • Update inspection data into the server/database and technical drawings.
  • Perform record-keeping of all measurement data to ensure good traceability.
  • Handle special stencils, such as dual-layer, 3D, and thin foil, with care.
  • Perform job scheduling effectively to ensure proper production planning.
  • Responsible for Calibration and Calibration Database.
  • Responsible for ISO Documentation and Quality Record.
  • Participate in ISO Internal and External Audit.
  • Work with contractors or suppliers for maintenance and calibration matters.
  • Rectify production problems when needed and perform simple repair works.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned.

We offer a competitive salary range of $2000 to $3000 and a 5-day workweek (7am – 4.30pm or rotating shifts if required). If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC in Chemical
  • At least 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance area
  • Able to work in a chemical production environment and rotating shifts
