As a dedicated Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of our proprietary tea machines across various outlets. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of our tea machines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventories, and repair records.
  • Deliver, install, and set up new tea machines at our outlets.
  • Calibrate and test equipment to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Provide prompt breakdown support to minimize service disruptions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to external vendors when needed.
  • Train store staff on proper machine usage, preventive care, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Provide user guides and technical documentation for internal use.
  • Logistics Support: Act as the company driver to transport goods from the central kitchen to outlets.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of ingredients, equipments, or supplies according to the operations schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
  • Coordinate with operations, store teams, and vendors to ensure timely repairs and deliveries.
  • Identify recurring faults and suggest solutions to improve machine performance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing F&B machinery or similar equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic electronic systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for training and support.
  • Able to speak and read Chinese.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
