As a seasoned financial leader, you will spearhead strategic finance and transformation projects by integrating technical capabilities with commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will review, analyze, and interpret member firms' financial data to provide actionable insights for regional and organizational performance.
  • You will develop and deliver comprehensive executive-level reports and presentations to ensure timely communication of financial results and trends.
  • You will enhance and integrate financial reporting technologies to enable advanced analytics automation and improved data quality.
  • You will establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across member firms to provide expert guidance and tailored feedback.
  • You will champion continuous improvement initiatives to identify, design, and implement process efficiencies that improve data collection validation and analysis.

You will drive financial transformation projects by setting strategy, allocating resources, and driving cross-functional teams for successful project delivery and sustainable results.

You will present compelling business cases and strategic recommendations to senior leadership using data visualization, business intelligence, and executive storytelling.

You will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals by setting clear goals and expectations aligned with the firm's vision.

You will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning with a special focus on developing future finance leaders at all job levels.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Asia Pacific Executives and regional leadership by translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that inform decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in accounting or business or equivalent qualification.
  • 10-15 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis preferably in a senior finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and key KPIs in professional services.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
  • Expertise in SAP financial systems and quick adoption of new reporting platforms.
