Job Title: Cyber Security Project Lead

We are looking for a seasoned security professional to lead our project team in designing, implementing and maintaining secure IT solutions. As a Cyber Security Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of security projects from initiation to closure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop low-level design documents detailing the scope and technical requirements for security projects
  • Participate in internal/customer meetings to develop LLD documents and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of security technologies, including NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, HPE Aruba ClearPass) and firewalls (Cisco FirePower)
  • Prepare UAT documents and perform UAT as per document
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Conduct regular security audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including TDS documents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Extensive experience in security engineering and project management
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, including network access control (NAC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
